Ryan was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. The pool and beach areas were very nice and clean and never too busy even though it was spring break. My family is looking forward to booking with Ryan again for future vacations

We had a wonderful time at Ryan’s condo. The location is great, more on the quiet side of PCB. Getting in was a breeze. Honestly the welcome packet they will send you is super informative, so once inside the gates, very easy to navigate…almost felt like we have been there before. The condo itself was very clean and spacious for our family of 8. We had zero issues while there. Ryan checked in with us to make sure everything was going good, which was nice. Sitting on the balcony was wonderful….we had the ocean on one side which was so relaxing and had beautiful sunsets. The other side was the town, and you can hear the band playing off in the distance. Super cool. We enjoyed the heated pool and the jacuzzi as well. We were bummed the Tiki Bar was closed down for remodeling, but they did have a Taco Truck. The Tiki Bar is going to be awesome, when it’s completed. Words don’t do this condo justice. Book the trip. You won’t regret it. Thank you again for the hospitality!
