Spring breakers welcome. $500 refundable security deposit required and signed rental agreement. *IMPORTANT* this is our home that we are excited to share with fellow beach lovers. We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. This is not the house for parties and/or night owls. The entire house is yours! Gas Grill must be cleaned if used. Failure to clean will result in a $150 cleaning fee Pets- this is Dog friendly, and we love having fur babies. Please keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them. Doggie bags provided. Failure to clean up after dogs will result in additional $150 cleaning fee. No smoking of any kind indoors Dogs are allowed. No more than 2 dogs, and under 50lbs each. There is a $200.00 pet fee.
