Heated Pool charge of $50 per day paid after reservation is made. Must be notified and paid 48 hours before check in. Kept around 86 degrees unless the temps drop to the 30s . The entire house is yours! Gas Grill must be cleaned if used. Failure to clean will result in a $150 cleaning fee Pets- this is Dog friendly, and we love having fur babies. Please keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them. Doggie bags provided. Failure to clean up after dogs will result in additional $150 cleaning fee. No smoking of any kind indoors Dogs are allowed. No more than 2 dogs, and under 50lbs each. There is a $200.00 pet fee.
