We had a great stay! Came with a group of my friends for my 21st birthday and it was perfect. Great location and walk right down to the beach with plenty of room and so much seating! Host was great as well

Pictures did not do justice view from the balcony was amazing! Plenty of room for our big group never felt cramped and loved the amenities that came with the room. Awesome you get 2 cushioned chair with a umbrella on the beach which we definitely took advantage of.

Ryan and his wife were great! They left clear instructions on the check in and out process and reached out to us the day we arrived and departed. The condo was exactly how it was described. It was right on the ocean, with pools, and a great tiki bar! We will definitely be back in the future!

The moment we stepped into Ryan’s unit we were immediately impressed. A feeling of comfort and peace took over. Not only was it cozy, but the whole place felt like home. Amazing taste in decor, comfortable furniture, and the showers were remarkable. Every one of our family members felt like they slept better than they have in years. From the best pillows to the coziest beds, convenient lamp chargers for our phones, and ample of space for our belongings and clothes. Beautiful views of the ocean and we even saw dolphins one afternoon! We will be back again. No need to look any further, this place is perfection!

Wow, Ryan is an amazing host and the condo was beautiful. The beach was gorgeous and very clear. The pool, convenient bar and hot tub topped everything off! There were restaurants, plenty stores and shopping places all around. Super smooth and easy check in process. My family and I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to anyone!

This is our 2nd time staying at one of Ryan's condos. We love the location and the 2 pools. Elevators are a breeze compared to some of the bigger resorts we have stayed at. I LOVED they added chair service this year! Great stay❤️

Had a great time in PCB while staying at Ryan’s place. We had a group of ten, mostly children and everyone had a place to sleep. There was plenty of seating for meals in their fully equipped kitchen. The griddle they provide was great a great addition. I was able to utilize that for several meal without dirtying up pans. There are smart tvs in every room in the condo, so you can easily sign in to your streaming services. That was especially nice for the kids, no guessing channels or complicated remotes. The closet space was also great. We were able to put our clothes away and tuck all of our luggage away without it sitting out in the way. The mirror wall was a huge hit with my teenagers and their selfie obsessed photos. lol. We also took some cool family photos in it. The property itself is also great. There are two pools and an huge spa. Our favorite part was the huge “yard” on our side we used the space to hang out without hitting the sand. The swings facing the beach are great too!
