▪️Located on the quieter side of PCB (less traffic with an abundance of activities). ▪️Our previous guests love the convenience of being able to go downstairs and walk out to the pool and beach(No streets to cross!). ▪️ FREE parking for two vehicles(one is covered parking). All additional vehicles will have to park at a public parking area. ▪️ Tiki Bar for the friends and family along with a restaurant on site so you don't have to leave the resort! :) ▪️The best part about this unit is opening the sliding glass doors and walking out to the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee or tea to watch the dolphins. It will make you stop to take in the beauty of it all each time. We love this place and have worked hard so our guests will love it too. You'll notice immediately that we have supplied some of the must-haves for the condo so you wouldn't have to purchase or bring as much from home. ▪️This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master has a king, 2nd bedroom has 2 fulls and there is a pullout couch queen. This is great for large families with small kids. The couch in the living room also has a pull-out bed if needed. ** PLEASE NOTE: Construction will be starting in March. M-F 8am-5pm. There will be some noise

The only exception to our cancellation policy in regards to refunds is for storms and hurricanes when: -the state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in the area of residence of a vacationing guest. - the day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order, we will refund: - any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered or any unused portion of a rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive.
